HUBUNGAN STATUS KEPESERTAAN, DAN PROVINSI DENGAN PEMANFAATAN PELAYANAN PROMOTIF DAN PREVENTIF BPJS KESEHATAN DI INDONESIA
(Menggunakan Data Sampel BPJS Kesehatan Tahun 2015-2018)
Abstract
ABSTRACT
JKN is one of the government programs organized by the Health Social Security Administering Body to organize a health service system for the entire community in order to improve the health status of the community through health provided to participants to obtain health care benefits and protection in meeting basic health needs. This study is to analyze the factors that influence the use of promotive and preventive services from BPJS Health in Indonesia in 2015-2018.
This study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional research design. The population in this study were participants of the 2015-2018 BPJS Health Indonesia, amounting to 200,259,147 people, and using samples from the 2015-2018 BPJS Kesehatan website as many as 4,317,826 participants. The hypothesis test in this study uses the Chi-Square test because the data used is categorical data. The independent variables include membership status and province while the dependent variable is the accessibility of promotive and preventive services.
The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between membership status and accessibility of promotive and preventive services with a p-value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05, and, there is also a relationship between province and accessibility of promotive and preventive services with a p-value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05.
The conclusion of this study is that membership status and province are related to the utilization of promotive and preventive services by BPJS Health participants in Indonesia. FKTP It is necessary to increase socialization and promotion of health for the services of the BPJS Health program to the entire community. The BPJS Health program can be utilized as well as possible by the community.
